Portrait is listed in Earl's account book in 1817.
Notes: Thomas Hamilton Fletcher (1792 - 1845) was born in Albemarle Co. VA. He was a lawyer with practices in Nashville and Winchester, TN. He served in the TN Legislature from 1825 until 1829 and was TN's Secretary of State from 1830 unitl 1832. He also served under Andrew Jackson during the Indian Wars. He anonymously authored "The Political Horse Race" in 1824. He married Sarah Talbot of Davidson Co, TN January 10, 1814. He died in Nashville, TN January 12, 1845 and was buried at the Talbot Family graveyard.
