History:	Cooper's account book shows that he began a portrait of Morgan W. Brown in 1843, but no artist signature is apparent on the portrait.
Notes:	Morgan W. Brown was a Judge in the U.S. Court and was one of the Commissioners in charge of building the Tennessee State Capital.
