This portrait is of a man wearing a black jacket, a white, high-collared shirt. The canvas of the portrait is bucking and may have originally been rectangle. There is an oval stretcher crease visible on the canvas. On the back of the frame, there is attached a small piece of paper, circa 1920, with a typewritten message with information of the subject.
