Numerous feathery losses are scattered oer the surface. The portrait is of a middle-aged seated man, wearing a black suit. He is wearing a lodge ornament with the name J.W. Howard on it. This is holding a red ribbon, which depicts a three-link chain. In the ring are the initials, PGM.
