Could also be the Patterson sisters of Baltimore, MD. Elizabeth ("Betsy") Patterson married Jerome Bonaparte (youngest brother of Napoleon) in 1803.

Notes: The models are supposedly the daughters of Richard Caton, of Balitomre, MD: Marianne, later the Marchioness of Wellesley; Louisa Catherine, later the Duchess of Leeds; and Elizabeth, later Lady Stafford.
