History:	This is an upper torso view of a woman wearing a black dress with a beige collar. A cameo is attached to the dress a the subject's throat.There is no apparent artist signature or date on the painting. The painting is in fair condition.
Notes:	Jane Erwin Bell was wife of John Bell, the 1860 Constitutional Union Party Presidential candidate. She was previously married to Thomas Yeatman.
