This portrait was considered to be in excellent condition as of 1980. The painting is of an upper torso view of a woman facing forward. She is wearing a multi-colored dress with a white collar. There are signs of retouching on her neck, collar, eyes and lips. The painting has a tan oval matting with an inside black border. A wooden gold leaf frame encases all.
