| Description: | Waist-length
apparently seated of a middle-aged man with short light brown-graying hair and
a receding hairline. His hair forms a "V" on his high forehead. He
is wearing an opened black coat, with buttoned white vest, white shirt, and
white tie. His shirt has a high collar that reaches to just below his
ears. His eyes are light colored. An arc of red on the right
suggests a chair back. On the chair is painted "June 18th 1839 WBC." |

(1765-1850) was the nephew of Thomas Hardin Perkins wife. Perkins built
Meeting of the Waters, the owner's home.
