Description: Bust length portrait of subject facing front with head turned slightly to her right and gaving that same direction. She has dark hair pulled up and back above her ears and has a middle part. She is wearing a v-necked dress or blouse in a light beige with soft ruffles at the neck and folds of fabric on the bodice emphasizing the shape of the neckline.
History: Signed and dated lower right. The original framer's lable remains on the back: "A. Frank & Co. of Nashville." The artist is American - Nashville, Tennessee ca. 1857-1944. She was born in Roane County Tennessee.
