Her left hand is perched on a piano and her right hand is holding a fan up to her shoulder. Background is a room with textured walls and plants. |
| History of Work: | Signed: LR: Carl Gutherz. The artist lived and worked in Memphis ca. 1860-1875. Painted while the artist lived and worked in St. Louis. Missouri, from 1875 to 1884. |
