Description:Three-quarter length portrait of young woman in her wedding dress and veil. The dress is off-the-shoulder, short sleeved, and has a princess banded waist. The veil is nearly transparent white lace and the dress is also lace. She is turned slightly to the right and has her head turned to look directly at the viewer. Her dark hair is parted in the middle; her left arm hangs by her side; and her right hand rests on pink roses and a white rose on a shelf or windowsill. There is a red drape behind her and some sort of outdoor scene to her right. On her left is a low marble-topped table with a tall vase holding pink roses.
