His right hand rests on his right hip. He has sandy-colored hair and a receding hair line. His left leg is casually crossed over his right. Large rocks and a green tree are at his left. |

| Notes: | Subject (1762-1837) was the first judge of the Mero district of NC (later a portion of Middle Tennessee). He brought Andrew Jackson to Tennessee as a prosecuting attorney. He is the great-great-great-uncle of the owner.
