| Notes: | Subject held a seat on the New York Stock Exchange, was president of the Salamagundy Club in New York City located at 5th and 12th, was a philanthropist who was listed in Who Was Who in Art for his contributions, and was himself an amateur artist of considerable skill. He married Martha Woolwine from Nashville in 1905.
