| Notes: | Betsy May Stern is the daughter of Dan May, the aunt of Ben May (who commissioned the same artist to do a portrait of Jacob May) and the granddaughter of Jacob May. Betsy was born and raised in Nashville. The artist was born and raised in Tennessee. In addition to being a portraitist, he is a retired art professor. |
