| Description: | Man wearing dark suit with vest and a white shirt with black necktie. He is seated in a red upholstered armchair with wood trim and is nearly three-quarter visible. His light-colored hair reveals a receding hairline and he is gazing directly at the observer of the portrait. He has a book (probably the Bible) in his right hand resting on his right knee and his left hand is also visible resting on the left arm of the chair. |
