Description:Frame is original plain gold plated with full opening in back containing hair arrangement over beige cloth background.

Oval of a man with a cartoon-like appearance, highly determined looking, almost glaring. Brown short wispy hair combed forward over a high forehead. Large brown eyes, blue jacket, tan vest and white high-collared shirt.
History:Painted somewhere between New York and New Orleans.
