Description:Frontal bust portrait of a man with combed back brown hair and thick beard (no moustache). He is wearing a white shirt with a black coat and a black neck tie. Plain brown mottled background. Encased oval miniature.

Notes:Seth Wheatley was Mayor of Memphis 1831-32 and later president of the Farmers' and Merchants' bank.
