| Notes: | Exactly who "Uncle Willie" is is a mystery. Family tradition was that he was a bit of a "black sheep." Similarity of style and of framing to a companion portrait of Jane Ella Perkins Bailey points to his being a Perkins. Owner welcomes any leads!
